In our 45+ years in the staffing industry, we have helped people not just find jobs, but launch careers.
Whether you are looking for the flexibility of temporary employment or wanting to take the next step up your career ladder, Etowah Employment has the solution for you. We will meet with you one-on-one to truly understand your career goals, wants, and needs.
Here’s how our hiring process works:
- APPLY. Job seekers may complete an application online at any time or in person during office hours. We are available for in person applications Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. til noon and 2-4 p.m. at our offices located at 309 E. Second Avenue in Rome, Georgia.
- APPLICATION PROCESSING. We begin processing your application as soon as we receive it, looking for ways to match your skills with our slate of employers with staffing needs.
- REACHING OUT. We typically try to contact applicants within 2 business days. If you have not heard from us after 3 business days, please call us at 706-235-3408 and check on the status of your application.
- INTERVIEW. Once we have matched you with a position, we will schedule you for a short interview. Be prepared to discuss the skills and experience listed in your job application. At this time you will also complete paperwork related to the job we have matched you to. In order to process your paperwork, we ask that you bring 2 forms of identification with you. Acceptable forms of identification include: Valid Driver’s License, state issued ID Card, Social Security Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate.
- GET TO WORK!
We keep all job applications in our system for 6 months. If you are not placed into a position during that time we ask that you re-apply and update your information after the 6 month period has expired.
