Layton Roberts
President/CEO
Layton Roberts is the President and owner of Etowah Employment and the CEO of its corporate divisions (Employment Innovations, Inc., Employment Alliances, LLC, Hire Transport, Inc., and Workforce Holdings, LLC).
With over 22 years in the industry, Layton has maintained a long-term commitment to excellence. Working with his team, Layton has built one of the premier employment service firms in the industry.
By focusing on personalized service and integrity, Layton has made Etowah Employment and its permanent and temporary divisions a leading choice for companies and candidates.
Leah Barlow
Payroll manager
Leah has been with the company since 1997 and handles all payroll related matters from processing weekly paychecks, direct deposit, tax deposits, accounts receivable/payable, and customer reporting compliance.
Jennifer Scoggins
Manager of operations
Jennifer has been with the company for over 18 years and handles multiple accounts as well as the tracking of accounts receivables from our clients, placement of workers, business development and many other responsibilities associated with our internal staffing operations.
Carolyn Barron
Carolyn is the first person you meet when you come to our office. Carolyn has been with the company since 2004 and is responsible for applicant interviews, applicant fulfillment, processing tax papers, and matching the right person with the right job. Previously, Carolyn ran Etowah Employment’s NE Alabama office where she interviewed and placed hundreds of workers.
Meghan Robbins
Meghan joined Etowah Employment in July of 2011. In addition to recruiting, interviewing and placing candidates at many of our client facilities, Meghan is the staffing and logistics manager for one of our largest accounts which involves the placement of many skill sets.
