Temporary to Possible Permanent Scanning & Clerical Clerk
Description
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks in support of an investment firm.

Job Competencies

  • Scanning client documents, naming electronic files, and uploading files to a web-based platform.
  • Complete filing on a daily basis and in an organized manner.
  • Process large mailings.
  • Coordinate workflow and workload with teammates to ensure deadlines will be met.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be finger printed.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Experience with scanning, duplication, faxing, and other office equipment required.
  • Can understand and follow specific, detailed instructions.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others and work with others as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to quality client service.
  • Exceptional computer skills needed with advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs. (General knowledge of PaperPort Software preferred.)
  • Maintain confidential files.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with good interpersonal communication skills, time management and organizational skills a must.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM
